Iraq Bulk Light Gauge Steel Villa Project

This light steel structure project we delivered in Iraq has a total enclosed area of 4,502 m² and was designed to meet accommodation needs at different scales. The project used different single-story and two-story building types to offer solutions suited to varying capacity and usage requirements.

• 56 m² – 1 unit
• 111 m² – 6 units
• 222 m² – 1 unit
• 366 m² – 3 units
• 2,460 m² – 1 unit

Total: 12 buildings / 4,502 m²

The buildings were designed for long-term accommodation and planned to meet all of their occupants' living and housing needs. Engineering support was provided throughout the project, and once production was complete, the buildings were shipped ex-works.

As part of the project, all building components required for the rough assembly were supplied in full:

• Steel load-bearing system
• Facade cladding materials
• Roof covering system and roof sheeting
• Doors
• Windows and joinery
• Electrical installation materials
• Plumbing materials
• Thermal and sound insulation materials
• Paint and auxiliary assembly materials

All materials were packaged to support a fast, trouble-free assembly process on site and were shipped successfully.
