2020
Karınca Prefabrik Çelik Yapı LTD. ŞTİ., 2020 yılında “Kaliteli Üretimin Adresi” mottosuyla kurulmuştur. Kocaeli’de yer alan bu ilk üretim tesisi, mütevazı yapısına rağmen Karınca Prefabrik’in temellerinin atıldığı, hayallerin gerçeğe dönüştüğü ve büyüme yolculuğunun başladığı özel bir merkez olmuştur.
2021
2021 yılında, rollform makinelerine geçiş yapılarak hassas, hızlı ve seri üretim kapasitemiz önemli ölçüde artırıldı. Bu dönemde, büyüyen organizasyon yapımız ve güçlenen üretim altyapımız ile prefabrik ve çelik yapı çözümlerinde kalite, hız ve güvenilirlik odaklı çalışmalarımızı kararlılıkla sürdürdük.
2022
2022 yılında bayi yapılanmamız güçlendirilmiş, hizmet ağımız genişletilerek yeni illerde temsilcilikler oluşturulmuştur. İlk yurtdışı projesi de tamamlanılmıştır.
2023
Şirket içi süreçler kurumsal standartlara uygun şekilde yeniden yapılandırıldı. Aynı dönemde 3000. projenin başarıyla teslim edilmesiyle şirketimiz adına önemli bir kilometre taşı geride bırakıldı.
2024
Kahramanmaraş fabrikası devreye alındı, üretim kapasitesi ikiye katlandı. Karınca PVC markası kurularak yeni bir üretim alanı devreye alındı
2025
2025 yılında kurumsal firmalarla gerçekleştirilen güçlü iş birlikleri ve atılan stratejik adımlar sayesinde, Karınca Prefabrik kurumsal dünyada daha geniş kitlelere tanıtılarak marka bilinirliğinde önemli bir ivme kazanılmıştır.
2026
2026 yılında sosyal medya ve dijital portföy kanallarının etkin kullanımıyla daha geniş kitlelere ulaşarak adını duyuran Karınca Prefabrik, bilinir ve güçlü bir marka olma yolunda emin adımlarla ilerlemektedir.
2020 – Founding and First Steps
Karınca Prefabricated Steel Structures Ltd. was established in 2020 under the motto “The Home of Quality Production”. Located in Kocaeli, the company’s first production facility—despite its modest size—has served as a key hub where the company’s foundations were laid, dreams became reality, and its journey of growth began.
2021 – Increase in Production Capacity
In 2021, the switch to roll-forming machines significantly increased our capacity for precision, high-speed and mass production. With a strengthened production infrastructure and an expanding organisational structure, we have continued our work with a focus on quality, speed and reliability in prefabricated and steel structure solutions.
2022 – Dealer Network and First Overseas Project
In 2022, the dealer network was strengthened and the service network expanded, with new branches established in additional provinces. In the same year, the first overseas project was successfully completed, marking the start of the company’s global expansion.
2023 – Institutionalisation and the 3,000th Project
Internal processes have been restructured in line with corporate standards. During the same period, a significant milestone was reached with the successful delivery of the 3,000th project.
2024 – Capacity Expansion and New Brand
With the commissioning of the Kahramanmaraş factory, production capacity has been doubled. At the same time, the Karınca PVC brand was established and a new production facility was brought into operation.
2025 – Strong Partnerships
Thanks to partnerships with corporate firms and strategic initiatives in 2025, brand awareness has increased significantly, and Karınca Prefabrik has reached a wider audience in the corporate world.
2026 – Digital Power and Brand Ascendancy
By 2026, through the effective use of social media and digital marketing channels, Karınca Prefabrik had reached a wider audience and was making steady progress towards becoming a strong and well-recognised brand.
