2020
Karınca Prefabrik Çelik Yapı LTD. ŞTİ. was founded in 2020 with the motto “The Home of Quality Manufacturing.” Located in Kocaeli, this first production facility, despite its modest scale, became a special center where the foundations of Karınca Prefabrik were laid, where dreams came true and where our growth journey began.
2021
In 2021, we switched to roll-forming machines, significantly increasing our capacity for precise, fast and serial production. During this period, with our growing organization and strengthened production infrastructure, we resolutely continued our work in prefabricated and steel construction solutions with a focus on quality, speed and reliability.
2022
In 2022, our dealer structure was strengthened, our service network was expanded, and new representative offices were established in new provinces. Our first international project was also completed.
2023
Internal processes were restructured in line with corporate standards. In the same period, the successful delivery of our 3,000th project marked an important milestone for our company.
2024
The Kahramanmaraş factory was commissioned, doubling production capacity. The Karınca PVC brand was founded, opening a new field of production
2025
In 2025, thanks to strong collaborations with corporate companies and the strategic steps taken, Karınca Prefabrik was introduced to wider audiences in the corporate world and gained significant momentum in brand awareness.
2026
2026 saw Karınca Prefabrik reach wider audiences and make a name for itself through the effective use of social media and digital portfolio channels; the company continues to advance confidently toward becoming a well-known and powerful brand.
2020 – Founding and First Steps
Karınca Prefabricated Steel Structures Ltd. was established in 2020 under the motto “The Home of Quality Production”. Located in Kocaeli, the company’s first production facility—despite its modest size—has served as a key hub where the company’s foundations were laid, dreams became reality, and its journey of growth began.
2021 – Increase in Production Capacity
In 2021, the switch to roll-forming machines significantly increased our capacity for precision, high-speed and mass production. With a strengthened production infrastructure and an expanding organisational structure, we have continued our work with a focus on quality, speed and reliability in prefabricated and steel structure solutions.
2022 – Dealer Network and First Overseas Project
In 2022, the dealer network was strengthened and the service network expanded, with new branches established in additional provinces. In the same year, the first overseas project was successfully completed, marking the start of the company’s global expansion.
2023 – Institutionalisation and the 3,000th Project
Internal processes have been restructured in line with corporate standards. During the same period, a significant milestone was reached with the successful delivery of the 3,000th project.
2024 – Capacity Expansion and New Brand
With the commissioning of the Kahramanmaraş factory, production capacity has been doubled. At the same time, the Karınca PVC brand was established and a new production facility was brought into operation.
2025 – Strong Partnerships
Thanks to partnerships with corporate firms and strategic initiatives in 2025, brand awareness has increased significantly, and Karınca Prefabrik has reached a wider audience in the corporate world.
2026 – Digital Power and Brand Ascendancy
By 2026, through the effective use of social media and digital marketing channels, Karınca Prefabrik had reached a wider audience and was making steady progress towards becoming a strong and well-recognised brand.
